25 years of land regeneration up close
farm tour
We’ve run hundreds of tours for over 20 years to students, aspiring homesteaders and farmers, watershed groups, extension agents, universities, etc. Tours are run by Ben Falk and take about 2 hours covering our major water, perennial plant, grazing, and infrastructure systems. They tend to be custom per group’s goals.
While we still do free or low-cost tours for certain audiences, as we have for decades, we are now pricing tours according to their actual value. Groups are limited to 6 people and start at $3,000 for private clients and $8,500 for corporate groups. $200 per person beyond 4 people. Exceptions made for groups serving the public commons. Seems like a LOT of money for a couple hours, yes - it certainly is. It is used to continue the hundreds of thousands of dollars of R and D which has generated its value density. And you can expect that the 3K or 8.5K invested will save many multiples of that cost in just in the first phase of your site development. For 20 years our clients have affirmed that this is the kind of investment which is far more costly to not make in your project.
Lessons learned from 25 years of regenerative land management.
